Spatial language game from Beleduc
Who is behind the little house, and which way is Hops actually facing?
Reni & Hops is an observation and language game from Beleduc for 1 to 4 players aged 4 and up. Reni the deer and Hops the rabbit hide in the forest, near a house and a bush. Children recreate the scene with the figures or describe exactly where the animals are standing and which direction they are facing. In doing so, they practice spatial awareness and prepositions such as behind, next to, in front of, and on.

What does Reni & Hops stimulate?
- spatial perception and visual memory
- vocabulary and prepositions: describing things with increasing precision
- left and right, and viewing a situation from a different perspective
- attention and concentration: looking closely and building accurately
- impulse control and cooperation: taking turns and consulting with each other

The cards have different levels, so the game grows with the players.

Play suggestions
- reaction game: secretly recreate a card, the others find the correct card as quickly as possible
- cooperation: sit opposite each other and describe the same scene from two sides
- challenge: play with cards showing only outlines or a top-down view
- swapping roles: let the child give the instructions themselves

The game is suitable for at home, in the classroom, during language lessons, and for speech therapy.

Reni & Hops turns looking, talking, and building into one playful experience. By describing and checking repeatedly, positional words become familiar naturally, and every round is a new quest.
