Get lost in a garden that helps you find your inner calm!
With the Mindful Maze Garden Pack, children discover in a playful way how breathing can help them settle down and stay focused. The set consists of two double-sided wooden boards featuring four different patterns.
By tracing the patterns with their finger while breathing as indicated, breathing, movement, and concentration are connected. Following the tactile lines is also a great exercise for fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and sensory-motor development.

Play suggestion 1: Have a child trace the pattern first with their dominant hand and then with the other. This gives the non-dominant hand an active role as well.

Play suggestion 2: The labyrinths are also fun to use for frottage. Place a sheet of paper over the board, rub a wax crayon over the pattern, and then have the child trace the resulting labyrinth with a pen. A simple way to combine feeling, moving, looking, and drawing.

The Mindful Maze Garden stimulates:
- fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- sensory-motor development
- concentration and focus
- mindful breathing and self-regulation
- the use of both hands
- pre-writing skills

A versatile set for mindfulness, motor skills, and calm, at home, in the classroom, or during therapy.
