Animal nesting dolls: stackable
Who fits inside whom? These animals are playing hide-and-seek.
This children's nesting doll is a classic, egg-shaped stacking toy featuring a cheerful animal design. The smallest animal disappears into the next, and so on, until everything is neatly packed together. It only fits in the correct order. This makes it a game of trying, feeling, and comparing.

What children practice with this:
- Bilateral movement: using both hands to hold the egg shape to open and close it
- Strength regulation and fine motor skills when pulling apart and pushing together, sometimes with a small twist of the wrist
- Hand-eye coordination and aiming when fitting the parts together
- Sorting by size and comparing: big, bigger, smallest
- Attention, working memory, and perseverance when discovering the correct order

Game extra:
- Each animal is holding its favorite food. This allows the game to also be used as a vocabulary learning game.

Also appealing to adults, as the nesting doll has fascinated young and old for centuries. A small game with a big effect: children practice dosing strength, comparing, and planning, and it happens naturally with so much animal fun.
